Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Strategien zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit, des Engagements und der Verkaufszahlen
Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Social-Media-Kampagnen auf verschiedenen Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok, Facebook und YouTube
Eigenständige Recherche und Erstellung von kreativen Blogbeiträgen sowie Texten zum Thema Love und Lifestyle
Analyse und Auswertung von Social Media Kampagnen sowie Ableitung von Learnings zur Performance-Optimierung
Identifizierung der neuesten Trends auf Social Media sowie Integration in die Triple A Markenwelt
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Online-Marketing-Team sowie der Grafikabteilung

Das bringst Du mit

Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Strategien
Erfahrung mit Social-Media-Management-Tools wie Facelift oder Emplifi
Stark ausgeprägte Affinität und Aktivität im Bereich Social Media (z.B. durch einen eigenen Blog, Instagram etc.) und das Verständnis für deren Rolle im Marketing
Analytische Fähigkeiten, um Daten zu analysieren und Reportings zu erstellen,
Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Social-Media-Content, einschließlich Texten, Bildern, Videos und Grafiken
Exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, effektiv mit anderen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten
Bereitschaft, gelegentlich auch als Creator vor der Kamera zu agieren

How you support our team

Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales.
Planning, implementation and monitoring of social media campaigns on various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
Independently researching and writing creative blog posts as well as texts on the topic of love and lifestyle
Analysis and evaluation of social media campaigns as well as derivation of learnings for performance optimisation
Identifying the latest trends on social Media and integrating them into the Triple A brand world
Close cooperation with the online marketing team and the graphics department

What sets you apart

At least 3 years of experience in the development and implementation of social media strategies
Experience with social media management tools such as Facelift or Emplifi
Strong affinity and activity in social media (e.g. through own blog, Instagram, etc.) and an understanding of its role in marketing
Analytical skills to analyse data and create reports,
Experience in creating social media content, including copy, images, video and graphics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments
Willingness to occasionally appear on camera as a creator
